Kristin Hodge is an educator, mentor, and workforce development expert dedicated to helping young people and adults gain the skills they need to thrive. With three decades of experience in career coaching, life‑skills training, and entrepreneurship development, she designs programs that support homeschooled learners, students who need extra guidance, teens preparing for college and careers, and adults launching businesses or nonprofits. Kristin’s work centers on mentorship, confidence building, and practical, real‑world readiness.

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to empower learners at every stage—elementary, middle school, and high school—through flexible, mentorship‑led programs that build practical life skills, confidence, and readiness for the future.
We design age‑aware learning experiences that meet students exactly where they are. Through small‑group cohorts and one‑on‑one mentorship, we help learners strengthen independence, develop strong decision‑making skills, and gain the tools they need to pursue their goals with clarity and purpose.
Whether a student is learning early life skills, navigating the challenges of junior high, or preparing for college, careers, and real‑world responsibilities, our purpose remains the same: to guide them toward confident, capable, and meaningful next steps.
Who We Serve
We serve learners from elementary through high school through small‑group cohorts and one‑on‑one mentorship that meet students exactly where they are developmentally. Each stage receives age‑aware support designed to build confidence, practical skills, and measurable readiness for what comes next.
